Hello,
We cooked it by oven... put it on alumin foil, added herb and garlic on it and also sliced lemons on top of it and bit of Gold XXXX beer on it :P . Tastes very perfect as my husband and 4 children love eating it. Had it with cool salad for dinner.
Happy fishing,

I don't know why Mac tuna have such a bad name as an eating fish... They taste great, like the other tuna's you have to cool it fairly rare. I've still got 15 odd steaks in the freezer.

Bleeding Mack Tuna immediately (I vent at the tail wrist first, gill them, then gut & straight onto ice ) and dressing them properly is the key to getting a very good feed out of the Mac Tuna.
My family loves 'em.
