How to splice braided rope for jigging

Hi all

I came across this site that you may be interested in. http://www.neropes.com/SplicingGuideChoice.aspx It shows different ways to splice different types of braided rope.

I was going to learn how to eye splice braided rope/spectra to make my own jigging hooks but it looks pretty complicated. I think I’ll just go and buy some premade ones, much easier!

That is unless someone can show me an easier way???
