Looks like Mid West USA or southern Canada in winter. Ice fishing is huge in that part of the world. A lot of people are only able to work 9 months of the year with weather like that (it's tough to pour concrete at 10 below). So they fish and drink a lot and sometimes they drink a lot and sometimes they drink a lot and sometimes they drink a lot. Yeah, they have a lot of bars up there "eh".
