looks like the owners of the boat that has been sunk off the manly leads for the past month decided to move it in shallow futher north, but today while i was down there i saw it was leaning against the wynnum ck rockwall......must have broke its chain in lastnights wind........if it bangs against the wall for another night i cant imagine there will be much left.
apparently there was a right up about it in lastweeks wynnum herald where they also asked if anyone new anything about it.......

I think they best be claiming any expensive equipment on it...quickly

It turned up there on Saturday, before the wind kicked up. Not sure about broken mooring - it looks abandoned to me. Would have preferred them to sink it a little futher out to make for some decent structure.

I reckon it was a metre chop in the creek down there today! Thx for the pics. If it is abandoned and the owners can't/won't be found, who is responsible for clearing it away? Its a bit of a temptation for kids at low tide.

i bet there will be a few people in it today as you can get on it from the wall.....its a good sized boat i wonder if its worth spending any money on?
There was a write up about it in 'General Chat' a few weeks ago that was moved to 'Test Board' i think...
A fellow AF'er overheard the 2 blokes responsible for it down at the MBTBC talking about it and what had happened. Best probably NOT to touch their boat i would recommend based on what i read in that thread...
