Fishing ANYWHERE this weekend??????

Hey Guys,

I am after a huge favor. Does anyone have any good Ideas as to where to fish this weekend with the current weather report?? The original plan was to go to Peel but the guys I was going fishing with are starting to pull out and want to go somewhere different. As I have only been down here from Townsville for 6 weeks I have absolutely NO idea where is good. The furtherest south I think we could go would be South Moreton Peel area, the furtherest north we are looking at is Mooloolaba. Anywhere in between would be good sorry about the short notice, but we are trying to decide before we leave work this afternoon. We don't mind getting up early to wet a line.

Try the sunken wall at Pinkenba in the brissy river, or even the reclamation pond walls at the mouth of the river. Should get a feed there. HAvent got google earth on this computer so cant post a map of the area there, but hopefully someone will put a map up showing those two spots for you.

When there, fish light, fresh baits. Or even, god forbid i dont believe i am saying this out loud, but flick some SP's at both spots.

The verdict is Peel Island and try the deeper water. Hitting the ramp early in the morning and fishing to the top of the tide. I will let you know how we go or don't go :)
