Hi All
What's your favourite tailor rod for the surf?
For me it's the Gary Howard Med surf classic.
cheers

I use a 13'6 wilson but I really want a Gary Howard Green back but I put it on hold to buy a couple of baitcasters for the boat.

Does any one know which blank the Gary Howard Greenback is built on?

For me,
I love my FSU4120 with 3 foot extension (and an Alvey 700). Rod is light, powerful and can really cast......

I like spinning with my FSU4120G and TSS4 but the old Magsurf/650A still does OK

I am pretty sure the Gary Howard is built on a Pacific Composites Blank I use one of these with a spheros 14000fa and a snyder glass light surf (10,6) with a penn applause the smaller rod is my favourite as it is so light and versatile
