Had another fish in the broadwater on the goldie this morning, chasing some breamie's for a lunchtime feed and bream sandwhich's at work tomorrow,,,,,,, Sombody forgot to tell the fish to turn up though, came home empty handed, went to my usual spot at the labrador boat ramp, I like to fish about 30 - 40 meters away targeting all the bream as they scamper away from the boaties as they launch/ start up etc, This spot usually goes off with a bang and Ive rarely come home empty handed, I used my usual secret recipie bait that has pulled in stacks of bream before,(record for me is 12 keeper's in 1 hr) but today not a thing,, got one that had to go back about 6am but that was it,, why is this so...??? The water was irresistibly clear and seemed a bit warmer than a couple of weeks back but still there should of been more than what I came up with.
Thats fishing .....Eh!

Ok azza!! Im on shift the next 4 day's so will try the mouth of the bigsie maybe thurs or friday, you could be on the money with the "wont bite if its too clear" coz even wednesday morning I could even see the bream off the sand pumping jetty actually swimming over my bait but wouldnt touch it, I tried all my usual baits that have worked well in the past but to no avail,,,,, need some rain aye!!!!
