Hi guy's, going to caloundra for a day trip with a mate on the 19th and since I have just bought a shiny new sp outfit, never even tried before{ sp's that is:-[ } was wondering where would be a good place to chuck some sp's for a unadulteratded sp virgin:o ;D . Dont want your secret hot spots or anything{ only if ya wanna give em to me;D }, just somewhere we can go and give this craze a wirl and maybe catch a few fish as well. CHEERS woody

Weekends can be a lot harder mate, what time of day are you fishing? Out in front of the power boat club could be worth a go, or try the entrance to the little creek next to the coastguard jetty for flathead. Other than that, any of the canals or creeks could yield something. Best of luck with the placcies, persistence will pay off.

the spot that imnotoriginal said, the creek next to the coast gard can go off with the flathead. and try off the boat ramp on the left hand side of the creek there is a big hole there and the trevers come and play there some times. good luck
