grab a botttle of italian salad dressing, put your fish pieces into a plastic bag, pour half of the bottle of italian dressing into the bag, tie it off or seal it and put into the fridge for four hours minimum, then take it out of the plastic bag and chuck it straight on to the grill.Make sure the grill is set to low or minimum and grill it for approx 7-8 minutes each side! all the herbs and oil in the salad dressing will give you a perfect piece of fish!!!:D :D :D :D
