Hi All
I tried this recipe out on Mr Sailfisher and our neighbours from south of the border last night. It was originally made with 4 chicken thigh fillets, but I thought it would work with fish as well. Very Yum! Enjoy
CRUMBED CHEESY FISH
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 cup finely grated cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
fish fillets (just keep going until the crumbs run out)
1 cup low fat natural yoghurt
Dip fish in yoghurt. Coat with combined crumbs, cheese and parsley.
Bake on baking paper lined tray 180c for 20-30 minutes.
I used half grated parmesan cheese and half grated tasty cheese.
