trailer brakes

:-/ hi all i have just started building a camper trailer.it has rated 1000kg springs, rated 1900kg electric braked axle . do i need to put on a brake away switch for that sized trailer any hints or pointers would be great;)

Will the trailer FULL!!! of every bit of camping gear, gas bottles , fuel, water , spare tyre etc. be over 2000kg? If you answer yes, you will need a brake away system.

cool thanks, with the amount that females pack :P !! more than likley it will go close but im trying to stay a bit less than 2000kg.
