Narrow neck this afternoon

Went down at 5pm to chase some tailor beautiful conditions on the beach started slow till I worked out a bigger sinker bit more distance soon as it hit the water I was on one after the other then. Ended up with seven missed a few with bite offs
size is definitely improving . Just enough for tea with the son and girlfriend down and two nephews visiting from straddie. First I had to catch them then had to fillet them then had to cook them now im sitting down having a rum. ;D
Back there tomorrow afternoon and have another go.

I heard that beach fishing is the choice method of putting a feed on the table, you have confirmed it, good report!

Throwing into the surf with the wind behind you must be a nice way to fish for a change eh?? I should do the same except the bad boating weather is a good chance to do some maintenance....

Its good to get the dust off the surf rods Im into trailer maintenance at the moment myself weldng new cross members in and new spring hangers on my duel axel had to cut the old ones off so I could get the bolts out of the springs
talk about rusted in my ten ton press had trouble getting them out .
