Not really a recipe as such.
Well actually the first time I had it was in a restaurant so I suppose it is.
Anyhow, you don't get a hell of a lot of taste of the kiwi fruit, but I guarantee the most tender callamari you've ever tried.
Slice your squid tubes into rings.
Slice a couple of kiwi fruit and bung it all in a bowl.
Stir periodically over a few hours.
Crumb your squid if you like and cook as per normal.
I think the acid in the kiwi fruit cooks/dissolves or does something to the squid, but it's bloody good ;)
