After seeing a brand new cast iron Furphy jaffle iron in a shop last week for $44.00 I contacted Furphy to see if they still make them. Surprise surprise ........... yes they do with a recommended retail price of $38.00 albeit they are now made offshore as are the new Furphy camp ovens.

It is already over $150.

There are some people getting severely ripped off at the moment with these.

Same as any product, if your on the web check out the cheapest price plus postage. Then work out what you want to bid on ebay.

If you don't do your homework, ebay has lots of not so good bargains in all categories.

That one sold for over $260. Only have to sell one every-now-again and Bob's your uncle :)
