I've got a couple of the Baby Griffons and they are divers (bit more than a metre at a guess),I haven't spoted the zero but would say it has a verticle bib and is a surface/bow wave type lure.

I was looking on an american tackle store site. It looks like the zero has a near vertical bib. Making it a wake lue. Pricey little suckers aren't they ?
