Hey fellas,

I'm in pine rivers shire and of late almost every privately owned tackle shop has closed down within 20km of me.

I am not wanting to give my business to the big ripoffs that have screwed it for the little guys so now I need to find the private operators again. I would prefer the "Ma & Pa" type shops where a couple devote thier lives to thier shop and thier service, but these days i do not know of a single one still operating. Don Morgan's Hooked-up tackle was the last i know of.

Lets start a list of the private shops that can meet our needs.

I know its a flyfishing shop but I don't think Gavin at -Tie N Fly - is going to be a milionare from committing to the flyfishing industry he's a one man band and I know heaps of pros and Game guys get a lot of info from the guy as well as punters

one of the other problems I here is people going in and trying gear out , getting the guff and then turning around and buying online or O/S , that can't be helping the "Ma and Pa " industry

the sandgate tackle shop on rainbow street, nice friendly bloke and dosent harrass you like alot of others do, he'll leave you alone if you need it or will give you good advice when wanted.
