Shane if you put the boat in at Bli Bli, there are a few sand banks right near the ramp - probably accessable at low tide without the boat. I've found yabbies to be hard work there, ubt they are there.
Better option would be to head up stream a few hundred meters. You'll hit an island and on the upstream side of the island is a big bank that always has yabbies. They are often a bit easier to pump up there, especially at the start of the incoming tide as the water starts to come back up over then bank.
Apparently not a bad option for flatties up there either - but I'm not talking from personal experience, someone just told me that.

P.S. - I think you're right. I think you can get them at the mouth of Eudelo ck, but I've never tried. Would be closer to the Bli Bli boat ramp than the other place I mentioned.

Deep side of Chambers Island and the beach near the twin water weir has them.
Low tide of course
