Has anyone a design or ideas or photos for a side fold boat rack for cub camper.
They do bring out one (Cub Campers) but it is for off road model only.
Boat is Quintrex traveller 3.7 metre and camper is Cub Supamatic Escape with extended drawbar.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you for reading my post.

Hi, I have a spacematic off road & was told that a boat rack was not available & to carry the boat on top & unload when the annex is half unfolded. Doesn't seem feasible to me so have been trying to get one made since. No one wants to know so have been carrying an 8' tinny & unloading before unfolding. A real pain. If you find one I would appreciate knowing about it Bill

FREEFISH,
Well Cub Campers advertise that their boat loader is suitable for their offroad models and latest quote is 1290.00 as of yesterday.
I only have the Supamatic with Transcontinental pack for moderate or light off-road and doesn't fit it.
But quote from their brochure.
Boat Loader
This innovative and easty to use boat loader, suitable for most of our Off Road Campers, allows you to setu up camp without removing your boat. Simply slide it to the side. This design makes tucking canvas in for departure so much easier that other boat loaders.
Might be what you are looking for, but doesn't fit mine.
Thanks and will advise if I get any good ideas.

Thanks guys, Have contacted Cub for info on boat loader for retro fitting. My Cub is less than 2 years old so should be able to be fitted. Good offer Shano. Trouble is I'm not in Brisbane. In fact 70 k from the nearest town with the facillities to build one & they don't want to know. Too busy doing mine work. See what Cub comes back with Regards BIll

Thanks shano for offer,
Have mate who fishes with me is a boilermaker welder and have him teed up, to do a couple of small things with the new camper.
Will try and down load a couple of photos of cub loader for those interested.
But for myself am after a design to take boat on and off. Have rollers on back of new camper, but what a side load set up.
Have had a couple of knee replacements and now have to have plate in spine and a bit of corrective surgery on spine. Just trying to see what is available and will best suit my needs.
All help is appreciated.
Thanks again

Located on the gemfields CQ. Usually travel from September to March. Was planning to take the little 8" tinnie this year but if I can get a loader will take the bigger one as we are planning to spend some time in the Gulf region at least till the wet chases us out. Bill

Shano,
Your a legend, thanks very much appreciated. Will have a chat to mate this weekend. Going to Qld next week to see surgeon and was sorry that i missed the boat show. But travel at this time is a little bit uncomfortable.
Thanks very much for your response, and hope that everything is going well for you.
Regards Trev.

Will be interested to see on your camper build.
On the web site those ones are over $1,700. seems a bit steep for what they are.

Finally heard from Cub. Seems that my offroad model is not strong enough in the sides for a loader. Those photos (Aussie Swag) Shano seem to be from the chassis. Cub are a monoque construction so that may be the problem. If all else fails will just have to keep lifting boat on & off. Bill

Hey Shano,
Would you have any pics of the other side of the rack, where it connects to when it folds down into place? Does it have some sort of locking device.
I'm looking for design ideas do DIY on my camper trailer.
