yeah yeah the guy in the first clip is breaking the 6 knot rule, but i give it to him. great handling. 2nd clip, not a problem with that. that areas a designated ski zone. if you dont like the skiers go to the other 90% of the river thats banned skiing. yea he didnt stop for a guy that fell off, its quite hard when u have another 3 on the tow, and very time consuming, think you;l notice the jet ski they had with them would have got any stragglers......lighten up !!!!!

2 morons in the tweed where trying what the first clip was doing. And they went past me about 10 metres away at about 20 knots... tools..... I was in a canoe :P, lucky she had an outrigger for stability from their wake.

The other 6 fisherman in the area were also pieved.

That first clip is an everyday occurence on the Nerang, The spoilt little shits have 10 -12 foot tinnies with 15-25 hp outboards on em trimmed out to the max and they drive like dickheads. That is there choice but someone will get seriously hurt or killed doing it.

There is fun on the water, and then there is hooligans on the water.
Take a gues in which category these idiots fall in to. I must be getting old, but buzzing a knee boarder with a jetski is just plain stupid if not potentially leathal.
I must be getting really old when I do not find it funny any more when people use a knee board as a weapon in order to knock your mate off his kneeboard.......
It is all fun and games until somebody drowns, then it usually get friggin hilarious...........

Well the first video the tinny the guy is using is made by sea-al and is called a supaskua. The very old supaskua (late 70s-late 80s) are the best supaskuas there are and only andrew short marine has them in stock. The supaskuas are rated to 25hp standardly and there are so many ribs and reinforcments in them to hold that engine capasity. the guy in that video had a 40hp tohatsu and you wouldnt belive this but it was trimmed up. I have a sea-al skua which has slightly less ribs and is lighter and i have a 15hp merc, which i do trim up. But when you get to know these tinnys you learn that they are extremely hard to flip, unless in crazy windy condidtions.

When i drive around i dont speed through 8 knot zones (well i do go fast when the marintime arnt in site because i only have a jouinor licence;D ) and i DONT SWAMP OTHER BOATERS!!! Like the kids in the river in the gold coast who have absolutly jack skill compared to us sydney boys .

But i never annoy other boats i help other boats when in distress and i go out before the other boaters go out so i dont annoy them.

I think those kids from the gold coast need a kick up the arse.

I even no and im in my early teens.

As far as I was laways aware it is illegal to have more than 3 skiers under any cicrcumstances.
(which is any towed person, ie biscuit, board or ski)
