Try a marine refrigeration company. They use engine driven compressors in boats. It would have to be a permanent fixture in the car as you can't disconnect the plumbing to the compressor easily. It could be done using a eutectic system. They use a brine tank in the freezer to hold the cool. It freezes the brine tank while the engine is running and then stays cold while the brine tank thaws. In a freezer you would probably have to run the compressor twice a day for 1 hour. You can make up different brines to suit the temp required, basicaly just changes the temp at which the brine thaws.
Have just had a thought that you may not be putting it in the car.....drrrr:-[ Maybe driven from a stationary engine?

If thats the case it should be quite simple. I would suggest getting a good marine fridgie to gas it. Make sure you add a suitable amount of oil to the system as the automotive type compressor systems need oil.

A good marine fridgie should be able to help you.

Cheers
