Tried these last night and really enjoyed them. Served them with a tossed salad. Very Yum. Had to modify the chilli for Mr Salifisher, but still good.
Next time we have a barbecue, will try doing them after cooking the steak. When we do scallops on the BBQ we do the steak first, toss some beer onto the plate and then add the scallops. Delicious.
