Steve i use that marinate mixture for a few things as a base. Throw a can of mango's in and marinate steak and mud crab[cleaned green and cracked] with it for the bbq. Also for some extra zing mix a teaspoon of garlic pepper in.

Tried this tonight, I did add a spoonful of garlic though!

Bloody great!
