hi all,
have been spinning metal every morning this week and having a good run:D , hooking up every morning but have only managed to land one gt a morn:( due to rocks and pullin hooks.. this 1 caught this morn

On ya Bobby - you been down the seaway?? I was there yesterday (Tuesday) morning - same deal hooked up but hooks pulled at the rocks - dirty fighters them critters!! Ended up with a doggy mackeral for my trouble - not big just legal.

Went down tonight - nothing not a sniff - nothing chopping - just dead... wonder where they went?

Nice work you would have been happy with that mate. i had the same problem in summer my friend and i would usually get one each and spend the rest of our morning watching fish smash behind our poppers.

what type of gear have you been using? ive always wanted to do some high speed spinning off the rocks but dont think i have the gear to yank the fish up the walls. nice trev by the way.

hey mate what sort of retrieve do you use on them,
do you let it sink to the bottom and then crank it in as quick as possible or do you crank it as quick as possible across the top or is it a slower retrieve or something different all to gether
