Hi, Can anyone recommend a good offshore fishing charter around the Noosa- Mooloolaba area. We are wanting to do some bottom bashing for Snapper, Jew, Etc.

Thanks in advance,
Andrew.:)

Just be wary -- if an operator is cheap compared to the others in the area, it's likely he'll be crap! I don't much care for Mooloolaba Reef & Game, but it's possible they're better now than they used to be.

Pity Andrew Yeh doesn't do any reef fishing anymore. Just jigging and game charters.

That really only leaves Harv on Flat Dog with a website and easily contactable.

If you can track him down Bruce Cooper is worth a shot. There are a couple of smaller operations like Ecofish and Carlo Marchese but don't know much about them.

HH17L,

I used to do a few charters each year with "Noosa Bluewater Charters".

Bloody unreal. Plenty of good quality fish, great skipper and deckie.

Hope this helps,
cheers Scott.
