Weather should be good for the next two days but is likely to pick up Sat - Sun so if you want to get out in open water it'll pay you not to be too tardy .

Just tell the family you'll talk to them on the weekend during the seafood bar-b-cue ;)

Hope you enjoy the trip .

Truth be told , I haven't been out for a while but the artificial ( Roy Rufus ) should be worth a look if you're heading out from boat harbour , or if it chops up too much for comfort , maybe duck up to the Susan River and try for Jacks etc.

I hope to get a lot more fishing in soon(ish) and have some better info of the first hand variety.
You're up to speed on where the green zones are and the regs for the Great Sandy marine park ?

didn't get out friday the old boy was to bussy, so planed a 5am start , she was choppy out there, we found the green zone board at the ramp, caught a couple of squire on the east side of big woody but the wind came up and heading back in was a joy (not ).

cheers Chris
