Fishing off Cairns and GOVE NT

I want to fish outside in open water or bay with my Haines Hunter 530SLR off Cairns and off GOVE NT.

Can anyone please advise how I could gain some reputed GPS marks for these areas?

I am willing to pay for these marks.
