Went prawning today Caloundra, a few starting to get about picked up 4 kg south of bells creek on bribie island side , good size as well

Just out of interest mate what country do you look for when casting for prawns or do you just watch where htye are jumping

yep, we were up in the middle of the passage on Wed night and spotted a lot of small ones. Another few weeks......

Hey Devocean, I just have a look about most of the spots up here you get them in shallow water they do jump most of the time ones i got on sat never jumped till the cast net hit them every so often you get them in the deep

It sounds like it's been a bit quiet, might have to break out the cast net soon, 4kg of prawns sounds great, how long did that take you?

I got on to some early for bait not much about, when i got these i was going home got them in a hour i have next week on hol so i will be out chasing them then keep you posted
