was out in the bay sunday, after chasing a few spotties without much luck decieded to drop a halco down for a troll and ended up with a 12kg yellowfin tuna or is it a long tail ? Caught it between the 4 beacons and tangalooma.
What are they like to eat
Mate top fish you get there well done. Cook it up and give it a go. I find tuna are not the best eating fish in the sea but thats my opinion.

Nooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!
Don't cook it,
Bleed it and eat it raw..................steak of the sea
The best sushi you will ever eat................especially the pieces marbled with a bit of fat
Marinate slices in Kikoman soy sause with shallots and ginger for 10 minutes and eat it with rice.
YUMMMMMMMMM
