I had a work commitment today:( but still wanted to take some plastics for a dip so headed out at about 11.00am with my brother Glenn and placky virgin father, Bill. Confidence was not too high due to the late start and ordinary tides
We found the conditions perfect around Green and a few Squire and Grassies came out to play. My father scored his first placky Squre at around 39cm and my brother picked up a nice one over 50cm and a Whiting :o on a 3"grub
Nice day until the 15-20kn change came through sending us home fast
Cheers

Nice work Neil. I nearly ventured down that way while i was doing some recon. I did not get past some very interesting structure I found at St Helena. There was no fish on it today but there may be next time.

I have found a few spots around the eastern side of St Helena that certainly need some attention. No reason they shouldnt fish well

I reckon lot of those fish look like they were caught on a 3"minnow grub.
