No go at wello 4/3

Hi folks,
Hit the water at 4:00 in the hope of getting a feed, how wrong was I!!!
Fished until 9:30 and only got 2 reallly small moses perch both on plastics.
tried bait on my other 2 rods and never lost a bait.
Did anyone else on the site fish wello this morning?? was it dead for you as well??
I must be jinxed at wello, as yesterday I got 4 nice squire straight out from nudgee beach and 12 thumper whiting, all fish were caught on plastics!!

G,Day Mick, Don't know what results other fishos have had today but going by past experience ive never done any good right on the full moon during the day.
Maybe yesterday was the day who knows what those fish are thinking..lol
Good to see the plastics are bringing in a feed.

Fished Wello last night... dont look for a report - couldnt be bothered! But there were a few fish about, only caught two keepers around 40cms both caught on placcies - lost a couple of baits but yeh it was pretty quiet - maybe Brent and scalem spooked em?!;D

Also if you're catching moses perch my guess is you might be a bit too shallow? - especially in the morning period. Try 4.5 - 7meter drop offs.

We caught most of our fish yesterday in 5-6 foot. You need to look for them sometimes. :-/

I had every intention Brian but didn't roll out of bed till midday so i must have needed the sleep! And given my wife and bub are still overseas, thought i'd take advantage of it...
