Palm Beach Spotties???

Does Anyone Only Fish Palm Beach Reef For Spotties On The High Tide Early In The Morning?
Been Out Fishing There Most Week-end This Season.
One Week You Can't Keep A Line In The Water Fish Running Red Hot And The Next Week-end You Fish All Morning And Not Have A Hit.
Just Wondering If Tides Are The Big Factor.
