Try off macauleys headland fo mackrell look for the boats about hal a k out
Around the bull for livies or the reef just out from the co-opto the north east

I think the reef off Macauleys is called Marshes Shoals, I fish it when I get the chance. Catch plenty of spotties there when they are 'on'. Can get a bit crowded at times.

Troll around the big island with some live baits might just do the trick for blues.

Don't need marks off Brunswick, I catch all my mackeral up north.
