Steve, for some time now I have had problems with being able to successfully add posts. Several times I have been half way through writing a contribution when it would disappear from the screen and I would have to start again. Given the length of many of my posts, it becomes too time consuming to write it again and as such they never see the light of day. Also I have just attempted to make a contribution to a thread, only to be told when submitting it that I am not logged in, when I am, and the post was deleted. And for some reason, while I am writing a post, the cursor disappears from where I'm writing and doesn't register on the page what I'm writing and I have to reposition the cursor to rewrite the missing portion. Also, I am not able to see the majority of photos posted as seems to be the problem for most Ausfishers.
I do hope that you can sort these problems out as my willingness to contribute is being eroded as a result.
Please advise if these problems are likely to be rectified in the near future.

Many thanks

Lindsay

Funny that, hadn't experience this particular problem.... until I tried to write the top "smartar$e comment"

Also have had difficulty with posts, in particular the smilies don't work for me unless I type the code:( , the tools at the top of the advanced reply box don't work either? the quote above needed code to make it work.

From Memory there are two threads already on this subject. Have a look through the Help section.

If you are using IE6 then you should either upgrade to IE7 or install Firefox - http://www.getfirefox.com/ and your problems will be solved. Firefox is a lot better and faster browser and a lot more secure but if you want to stick with IE that is your choice.

For security reasons you should keep your browser updated
