Anyone lost this lure at Woody point?

Walking around the rock pools today at Woody point near the old ship wrecks, my little daughter spotted this lure in one of the pools.

Just wondering if it was flukey enough that someone here might have lost it?

Looks like something had a decent chop at it before they were busted off.

Looks like a kokoda , I think their called "buff eye barra" or something similar - a soft plastic?
