Wondering if any one can help me I am new to this computer stuff and cant seem to get my photo's down to the 99kb that i need to be able to post it have tryed croping but by the time i am finished there is no me and only tiny piece of fish help0 would be much appriecated
There are a number of ways to go about it. Which program are you using?

You can try adjusting the photo quality (resolution, often measured in dpi) and/or dimensions (width and length) rather than cropping it.

dont know about kodak program(I use microsoft picture manager)
It has an edit section in which u can compress pictures by clickin on the Compress button then web pages size. its really easy.maybee u can use that program(Its part of windows Xp

Search for a program called PIXresizer its very easy to use.

you can also download your pics to photobucket, then use the resize for chatboards button..:)
