i read on a website that you need a licence to fish in the tweed river becasue its NSW. is this right? as i have thrown a line in there before and also from a tinnie without ever knowing about a licence. thanks

Yeah mate anywhere in NSW you will need a licence.

Sure do. As far as I'm aware. Youve already answered your own question. I think the offshore boundaries for size limits is weird too. Also all your crabbing and size limits in the river change. You wouldnt think its that hard. Imagine if every state had the same limits and rules.
how much? per year is it?
