They get big Tiger Sharks up round the Great Barrier Reef...makes you wonder how big the bugger was that got that Marlin...geezus!!!

back when I was in the navy (70's), and we were allowed to toss all the garbish over the side,we used to see some very,very large fins following the ship for days at a time

great vid, must be a 'gramps' shark to do that. You wonder how big they really get.

I have worked on prawn trawlers and there are some big dinosours that follow the boat at night when throwing the by catch back. That is the reason i swim in a pool now.
Nice fish through shame it came out second best

The other option was that those buggers gaffed it and hung it up on a gantry somewhere gloated over it then dumped at sea. Shame to see it die but better quickly in the jaws of one of the oceans predators rather than worn to death by those "sportsmen".
