Went down for a quick pre brekky fish this morning at Hayes Inlet, looking for a lizard or two.
Missed the 5.00am tide change after sleeping in, must remember to say thanks to the neighbours for that heavy metal music they were playing at last nites party, might mention it when I fire the 115 merc up on the muffs this morning for an hour or two, see how their hangovers handle that.
Any ways, fishing was quiet, with only two hits on the squidgies in an hour and a half, for the end result of one nice fish around 50 for tea tonite.
Conditions were magic, no wind but nice and sultry.
