130cm Barra- Peter Faust

Here is a picture of a 130cm Barra.
She has been dead for a couple of days, but the skeleton was still in tact for a measurement.

any indication as to why this fish died?
old age? catch and release?
bloody big fish though.

At least 2 days old when I found her.
I would guess it was caught and badly released. Or injured during a fight.
I have seen much bigger fish in Peter Faust Dam, old age is not a likely cause.
