sunshine carp

can any one tell me if thay know where i can kill some carp or talapia on or close to the sunshine coast, i live in nambour. thay look fun to catch and i want to do my part for the enviroment.

Lake Samsonvale has a major problem with Talapia, last time I was there I had a group of Asian fellas picking up the bloody things I dispatched and threw into the bush. They claimed they are good eating, each to their own I suppose. Not quiet Nambour though.
