To Punkin,
Crazy Salt you can buy at Bi-lo, Coles, Woolworths etc; the section where you buy salts & peppers you will find it, it is a mixture of herbs, garlic & rock salt etc...
Thanks

Hi Fishergirl,
Are you in QLD ??
I have been looking for crazy salt and crazy pepper for ages and could never find it...
I used to put it on grilled cheese on toast ...
It is also very nice on tuna medallions done on the barbie ;)
Please tell me what area you bought it in, cos I WANT SOME ;D
Cheers

TO GRAND MARLIN,
I DO LIVE IN QLD IN THE WIDE BAY BURNETT REGION. USED TO LIVE IN BRISBANE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO BUY CRAZY SALT IN BI-LO STORES, SOMETIMES THE OTHER STORES DON'T HAVE ANY. IT IS GOOD STUFF BUT, I USE IT WHEN BAKING FISH TOO AND IT IS REALLY GOOD WHEN RUBBED ONTO CHICKENS BEFORE BBQ'ING THEM.
ANYWAYS HOPE THAT HELPED.....

Try a type of salt called herbamere. It's in the health food section of most super markets in a white and green plastic dispenser. Sounds the same as crazy salt

Hello everyone,
Seeing as though there's plenty of talk about garlic prawns and recipes in general I wanted to share a link to a site I think you may all like to try, it's called www.Taste.com.au (http://www.taste.com.au) and it's an all-Australian recipe site.
There are 5 different garlic prawn recipes (http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/search.php?keywords=garlic+prawns&publication=) to try out too. ;)
I am one of the creators of the website, so I hope you like it.
There are loads of other fish and seafood recipes (http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/search.php?keywords=fish&publication=) too.
They're all Australian and all free - enjoy!
:)
