Springers are bite detectors you can attache to your rod without making ang permanent changes. Does anyone know where I can get these? thanks,Andrew

Please note, these springers are the type used to catch carp on rod n' reel, not Cod on set line. Ta Andrew

I think you'd be better just using those bells on springs with the alligator clip, I've used them before with success.

You can pick them up at almost any fishing shop.
