What are you favourite flies for bream and how do you fish them?

G'day Fishtales.
Down here in Vic, i use a hand tied shrimp pattern, by a guy named Chris Beech. On a 6wt sink tip. The fly gets nailed every time, and at $12/ea, they wanna.I don't need to use anything else as i nail whiting and flatties as well. This outfit has accounted for a 2.15kg bream, at a place called Lake Tyres, on the Vic sth east coast.
