Cast Net Repairs

I pretty much destroyed my cast net on an underwater obstruction. It is a nylon net.
BIG hole, does any one repair them in the brisbane area?

Would i be better just cutting my losses and getting a new one?

If you think it can be repaired repair it yourself.

hang it up & have the bottom stretched out so you can see the hole.

You have 2 options try & reconstruct the damaged section ( time consuming) or basically tie the hole together ( not as neat but quick)

We use method 2, keeps out nets going for ages.
